When you are shopping on the PLG website, be sure you're logged in! Once you're logged in and you proceed to checkout, the points redemption should display as a dropdown menu right above the discount code field. If you don't see that drop down menu, here are some tips that may help:
- Clear your cache/cookies. Up in the menu bar of your browser there should be an option to do this, and we have found it is helpful to do this from time to time as it improves the way websites will operate on different devices.
- Try a different browser (Safari vs. Chrome for example), and select your points prior to clicking Express Checkout.
- If you have access to a different device (laptop, vs. cell phone, etc.) you may have better luck there, as well!
- As a last resort if these tips don't help, you might try an incognito window, as we've heard some customers have success that way :)
