I applied some Rewards Points to my cart, but didn’t finish checking out and now those points are gone! Where did they go?

Don’t panic! Those Rewards points aren’t gone until they’ve been redeemed for a discount. They are simply still attached to that virtual cart! Should this occur, navigate back to the cart and refresh the page. If that doesn’t help, clearing the browser’s cache and cookies should do the trick! Feel free to continue shopping and editing your cart contents until you’re ready to complete checkout.
