Generally, shipping from a residential address to a warehouse costs more than shipping from a warehouse to a residential address. We're able to negotiate bulk shipping rates for outgoing packages due to the high volume of orders we ship everyday. Because our return packages come from a variety of different addresses, those bulk shipping rates are inapplicable to our return labels and the associated return shipping cost is higher. Customers who opt to return their item(s) for a refund to their original form of payment are issued a flat rate for their return shipping label — it is simply a policy our company has put in place to mitigate shipping costs all around, and so as not to absorb shipping costs into the price of our products.
Why does the return shipping fee cost more than my original shipping fee?
