For the return of online orders to one of our retail store locations, we just ask that you have your order number handy, that the item is in unused condition, and that the item is returned in a timely manner! You can return your order at 808 NW 23rd in downtown Portland, our Portland Outlet space in our warehouse at 2512 SE Gladstone St, or to our Austin, TX retail location at 1134 Sayers St.
